Bossiney Tintagel North Cornwall
The village of Bossiney is located in North Cornwall north east of Tintagel.

Bossiney was the Parliamentary seat of both Francis Drake and Francis Bacon. A small castle existed at Bossiney even before the Domesday Book. The site of this caste is became to be known as Bossiney Mound, from which Francis Drake delivered his election speech in 1584.
