Trebarwith Strand

Trebarwith Strand Tintagel North Cornwall
Trebarwith Strand village is a tiny hamlet nestled below a beautiful wooded valley, leading to Trebarwith Strand beach at the bottom of the hill. Located in north Cornwall in an area of outstanding natural beauty, it's only two miles from Tintagel with it's famous Castle and Boscastle is only a short drive away.

The area is famous for its natural Delabole slate which continues to be quarried nearby and helps to create the dramatic rocky landscape. St Nectan's Glen, a nearby visitor attraction is a beautiful riverside walk with a spectacular waterfall, which is considered to be one of the UK's most spiritual sites.

There are a handful of traditional Cornish cottages in this picturesque hamlet including some built into the cliffs. With two lovely pubs to choose from, one with spectacular views out to sea, a surf shop and café, and the stunning beach makes this a great base for a holiday in the area.
